@MattJ
Thank you brother, Ramadan greetings to you too!
@miss uk
We're doing great

. Today I was stuffed, at iftar, usually I don't eat that much at the iftar, but today, my brother and his wife called me to come to their place on iftar, and she made 2 jumbo Pizzas for the three of us, and a huge cake, so I was full!

lol, Miss C glad to see you're interested in this blessed month
Its almost a week gone and quite fast i might add, wish it would go slower!
Feeling quite good with the help of Allah Almighty, he makes it so easy for us all.
Fellow Muslims, please don't forget to pay your Zakaat (2.5% of your wealth) to the poor and needy, this is 1 of the 5 pillars of Islam which one MUST do if they have the wealth.

In fact, it's not unusual to actually gain weight during Ramadan, but, that depends, of course.

My weight usually stays the same throughout the month, obviously you need to balance your diet not over eat

even though it is very tempting at times!!

a few extra pounds!!!
lastic is true about overeating stuff;
studies conducyed at my place have showed that food consumption reaches an all time high during ramadhan!!!
maybe it's true for this place only since cold climate 'usually' means more of a sedentary lifestyle...
