Only way to upgrade software at the mo is though lg-apparently it's to reduce risk of user error and stop anyone crackin there software code for unlockin!

Anyone know what the maximum size memory card the Viewty will accept is? My friend owns a Verizon branded Voyager that uses an 8gb card, so I would assume that the Viewty would also be able to...

I've read that 2GB is the maximum but you can put bigger ones in but it'll only read the first 2GB? I haven't tried my self but that's what i read.

yes but its not quite the same thing, the menus wont change etc.. real shame.

still i dont believe its not possible. all you have to do is compile a theme the same as the ones it already has, and find a way to put them in the theme folder on the phone..
