the camera just turns off though it still saves the picture. joma's latest revision (3.1) too has some bugs.

mode 1 for good light
mode 2 for nite
mode 3 for sharp vivid or speed prioty and indoor??

Well I'm not sure about the nature of the crashes, but I can say that with my phone, free of modding shit, I haven't had a crash for months (since my 2.41)
