Western Europe.
I see two different things in the software info screen. first is 1205-9079 Generic_SI.
and the other one a bit further down 1205-9083 R1BA034 WESTERN-EURO

i have just got the update today and people havent noticed these things:
GPS - It now keeps trying to find the satilites and doesnt stop like before, it will renew the search and never stop finding new ones. so i believe they have changed the GPS. Still couldnt get a signal because im deep inside my house and not going outside to check! it also has a new tracker and wayfinder feature which can easily be downloaded off SE website. Image follows
speed - I havent noticed any improvements in speed. The reported changes are probably because they have just updated the phone and it cleared everything. But the speed was good anyway so that doesnt matter!
sms chat - had a long look and couldnt find it although they should bring it out soon.
youtube client - It is very sleek and makes using youtube good. Its not like the desktop version but the playing window looks like one on the desktop, image follows. (sorry for the quality)
photos - The new snapfish can be accessed through photos you can order photos straight from your phone the menu is shown below.
all in all the update looks quite good smile shutter works great, tried it on my dad
hope this gives u a good flavour of the update to come, any more info just ask!
