whats the version of that software? possible to upload it somewhere and share it?
It's just the third time I got sleep-of-death even by using Windows Default, so I'm really starting to hate this phone/software. Good thing I woke up before the alarm clock went off...

Guys,
I got today from
a preview-release of the MR2-update. Til now the phone has bee working really smooth, and i can't say anything else than that this
IS the version the SEXX2 should have been shipped with from the beginning. More or less everything works quick and smooth. Til now i have not had any Black Screen Of Deaths, so it looks promising. Tomorrow I'll see how the phone behaves at the office!
SlideView is now a joy to scroll around in, also in the apps-menu and start-menu. Swapping panels is quick, and flipping throught them via panel-manager is like shuffling a card-deck. The only issue that came out is the lack of the motion-sensors. The only way to tilt the screen is to slide out the keyboard...
Hmm. Keep reported! Especially memory card issue.

Guys,
You who had the SD-card corrupted, did you install any applications on it that you are using?

The moment my card get corrputed
I quit using X2 completely.
I've seen no sense in further struggling and
I also have no time for that.
Why the question?
MR2 also screws it?!

No, I have not had any problems with the SD card on the PRE-MR2. I just try to figure out what could be the cause.. I was running apps from the card on MR1, and as i explained in some post, the corruption-issue had looked similar to when i pulled out my memorystick when windows was still writing on it..
So if you remember what you had on your corrupted card (running apps, or not), that could help tracking down a possible cause.
I have reported all issues i found on PRE-MR2 directly to SE (mainly usability-issues, cause the phone has not crashed at all since after the first boots afteri imported my sms:s and contacts). So compared to mr1, it's like having a complete different device!
I think it's time to start to install apps on my card now, and see what happens!

Certainly my card got screwed
without any app running from memory card.
The disconnetcion was ALWAYS happening in standby.
Corruption was like 20 minutes after shooting some photos.
The only memory card action was some attachements from Office
(I mean email open in the background)
And of course refreshing media content from SlideView.
That may be the problem.

Ok. I was thinking of getting eg a Kingston SD-card instead of this SanDisc card.. I just had not time for it today

It's ok in my opinion, but I'm not sure if there has been any change.
Actually comparing the default soundfiles with my own phone, the mr2 seems to be even quieter.
It's of course up to the original soundfile if the volume-level is set too low.. I will test later by moving around the soundfies.
