then i really dont know how to apply it :/ ... can you make a step by step walkthrough?
ex. restore original camera, restart phone, start open4all, leave c2z open for x day, etc.
i really dont get it how to do it.
I dont have the 10282EDC.cre not even in Z...

@eltoffer: I read the question you wrote on Raafat blog and and I say that you can only try to decompile it. Also you can using a hex editor to mod.
@norbi_nw: 10282EDC.txt is not really used, so 10282EDC.cre has no importance.

so only the 6989.txt is important... still i dont know how to get it working as i deleted the CRE and replaced it with TXT, restarted phone, opened C2Z, then started camera app... and still no change in bitrate.

Yes, but remember you don't must replace the .txt file in the persists folder. Erase .cre and replace .txt in main 10202BE9 folder!
But... I make some tests and don't ever see any improvement.
So, good luck.

so you tested it too and video recording bitrate is the same? (look in file manager, video options and there find bitrate).

Really, I don't see any difference at all with this change. All the same, all the same.

so is the Satio camdriver firmware driven which is why it's impossible to mod?

I have found you can manually fix the focus when recording video.
If while in photo mode you press the capture button halfway to set the focus and keep your finger there, then with another finger switch to video mode - you have set the focus for video recording.
Why it doesn't just do this automatically in video mode I will never know
