I hold a stance at right angle with the centre of the view and rotate my body from left to right from the waist up. Looks funny but the result is more than satisfactory. Btw, I think the built in sweep panorama sucks so I reverted back to X10's Panorama Beta as it gives me more control and quality seems to be better

I'm currently having my Arc S fixed for the blur issue, missing it even more that I'm using my wife's puny X10 mini pro

I am loving my Arc S now except the latest firmware has poor battery though still easily lasts a day with quite heavy usage.
