i just bought a new P800 and it can't sync with window 2000 using outlook 2000.So, i decided to change to windows XP with outlook XP but no luck in sync with my P800.i have change from the USB cradle and also using IR via the COM1 but still no luck.
Could you please help!

@subas...Im using Outlook XP and the PC Suite works just fine. Better pa nga yung first version kaysa doon sa bago coz I cant restore with the new version. Try uninstalling the PC Suite again, reboot, install, then reboot again. If it still doesnt sync, check sync station of the PC Suite if everything to sync is checked. Try to force synchronize. If it still doesnt work, try reinstalling Outlook.

Notebook (presario 1400) won't detect/reconize the sync station.I'm running on win ME. I tried clicking the 'Add New Hardware' ... it says (question mark) ? USB device. The device status message says 'The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). To reinstall the drivers for this device. click reinstall’. I reinstall it again but still no hope. I also did disable my mcafee virus scan. I did everything and still get the same result. I even tried downloading the new PC Suite 1.4.2 Version …. It’s still not working …. Is there something I should do? Help!

@roders and greekpowa...FW upgrade is not available online. Have it upgraded at Smartnet. @ROXY...Atleast you know where the problem is. In some cases you cant see any sign on what is wrong. Lets start from there. Try installing the drivers manually. Make sure the P800 cd is inserted. The one with drivers indicated on the container. Do the process you did wherein you saw the question mark and drivers. When you click install drivers, dont select the auto detect. Search it yourself. Look for a folder with ME. If this doesnt work, try downloading the driver from the NET.
