Anyways, roll on the K700. The animation of the menus in the video looks cool, but does that seem to slow down the navigation?
oh sorry, i forgot to mention one thing. my digital camera records videos at only 10 frames per second, so the animation of the menus doesn't look as smooth as it really is. and believe me, it is REALLY smooth. very cool and without any lag, it doesn't slow down the navigation. i have to say that altough this was a prototype version that was crashing all the time, the speed of the menus was better than in a common t610. i think we can expect lightspeed menus in the final release!
i miss it ::)

Why did SE put a proctetor at the bottom of the phone ?? Also, any limit on the video record on K700 or its depends on the amount of free memory??

According to the SE site, the K700 will be released to selected markets during Q2. Is Q2 April-June?

the plastic(Rubber?) flap at the bottom of the phone is my only negative reaction to this handset-repeated use(ie,charging...!) will soon loosen and break this part,no?
and I hope good seals are used for the phone,as clear keys have a habit of showing pocket lint to anyone who wants a closer look at this beauty...(when i get one it will be safe in my pocket for most of the time..)
anyone else feel the same?
(ps,the cheap looking protective cover is a Sony design-if anyone here who owns a Sony Cybershot camera-will tell you,the cost saving measure annoys....)

Yikes, Sony Cybershots are crap.
Real bad quality, cheap feeling, bad image quality, noisy images and colours far from accurate.

not the phone for me or any SE phone ever for that matter. i was greatly disappointed and for starters i just tried SE's phones. i am not brand loyal and if i will change my phone it will be phones from other makers and not buy phones from makers that i already have got. besides there are other phones that are better than this soon to be released. i will be selling my t616 soon. SE now copied nokia by putting radios in their mobiles but the crappy part of it is they changed their connectors at the bottom of the phone so most previous accessories are useless now. thanks to sony only though for improving the phones relased by SE. ericsson could not have done any of this anyway if they were still on their own.
