Sorry Rana I don't know where u get ur info from but everybody knows that Cellis turned off the Cyphering while Libancell still has it, and no it's not off all over the middle east, Infact that's y the GSM system was introduced in the first place, but the think is they can listen to the phone calls through the company only, but if cyphering is off anybody that gets ur frequency can listen in with a scanner
tat's y when I'm in Beirut I never use the Cellis network (I use roaming) I stick to Libancell.
I can't believe those punks made u pay for the upgrade, I mean it's not the amount it's the idea, everybody is getting it for free, except ejasim in UAE...Grrrrrrrrrr
I think it's better than I expected, I'm still going through the options
