The preview has been there since R1A ... or at least it is on my R1A phone. Perhaps it has changed slightly?

hi guys. i was informed by a SE service center in the philippines that a "new/updated" R2L has been released. they were able to download this updated R2L from sony ericsson just 2 days ago. i don't know what they meant by "updated" or how they were able to distinguish this from the old R2L. any of you guys heard about this updated R2L?

WHen u change your sim to line 1 or to line 2 it indicates on the top. Did not use to indicate in r2a

i had it with the bugs of the phone. p**ses me off. i cant update it, and get rid of vodafone altogether in the voda shop because they found out i unlocked it (i told them accidently, they would know n e way, right???) and it would cost 40 pounds anyway cos i havent got warrenty.

just a few things i noticed about r2l besides the ones already mentioned:
-gif/animated images are sync to a slower fps, rather than speeding up the animations previously
-main menu icon switch animations are faster and smoother, last time used to be able to see pixelated images when the icon is enlarged
-mark several included in messages function
-image browsing is faster if there's no image which resolution is set to be bigger than the phone, or no extended image picture
-setup wizard has tips on the back and cancel key
-in standby mode if u have missed call it will show the missed call icon together with the time when u press volume key

If there is only one phone number for a contact, is it possible to change it to mobile instead of home? I didn't find this... FW version R2L.

I have had a K700i with orange UK for a couple of weeks now. It's running firmware R2C001. Is this currently the newest version available with orange? If not is it worth upgrading to a newer version what would be the benefits?
