R3G001 is the lastest version. Will flash my phone and post an update. If anyone else in running R3G001 please post any changes u have found.
3 points I am interested in are..
1) Max memory (Currently 128MB)
2) MP3 Playlist
3) Full Screen Video Play

Are you sure that R3G001 is the latest version for S700i?

Just incase it was not mentioned. The s700i supports the 128 meg MS Duo. I have been using it since I first bought my phone about 2 months ago. No problems. Something to remember is that the larger the MS, the longer it will take the phone to access data on it because, it has to read the entire stick(think I read this somewhere) to find the data that being requested.

If you mean latest firmware on SE website, i must tell you that it's still not available. Maybe the online updater will be "online" soon.
About apps for S700i, can't help you, sorry...
