A lot of the +500 posters are just showing off.

Yup....there are scores of folks with the +500 post count ( me included
) but just a handful who make meaningful, helpful, informative & quality posts which are relevant to the subject matter...Imo, Experience should be judged from the content of the posts rather than the volume
