You only enter the CDA number to the first space and that's it. Don't type in any of that Rxxx
Oh, and by the way, SonyEricsson's site has a pretty good link to help you identify your CDA. It even puts a circle around what number/section of the CDA you need to type in.

Your latest firmware is R4A10,as well as mine which is 162005/4 so there is no need for upgrade yet.

What are the firmware versions for R3E008...CDA, BT, ORG?
I was told by the technician that this is the latest version for my phone. Since mine is R4A006, the new one is the E version, hense R3'E'008 which has gone up 4 alphabet versions. They kept my phone overnight due to the backlog of jobs. Oh well, i have to sleep with my P800 tonight

I couldn't open QuickPoint (just got an error message) so tried to uninstall it, as I thought if I had it originally installed in my backup, that and the embedded version in the new firmware would conflict.
I uninstalled it and it's disappeared completely - wtf is up with that? It's supposed to be embedded in the new firmware isn't it??!
Just got the same problem having had my phone replaced I updated the firmware and once I did the restore had an identical problem.
now in the process of backing up the phone without quickpoint then I will retry. BUT would probablem recomend everyone to deinstall quickpoint - backup then update
Also had problems with msdict dying on me but sorted by instaling latest copy
No problems with the imei key that have been mentioned

Well,
Uninstalled quickpoint and it disapeered then did a backup followed by master reset then restored and hey presto there it is. Interestingly it now shows up further down the list as though it is an installed app but no longer shows up in the uninstall list.

Hey guys. I checked the website today to see if there was a new update for me and it said, " Your device is not supported. CDA162005/8 is not supported" The last time I got this message was right before a new firmware was released. I have R4A10 on a P910a.
