I must admit I did send the buyer of the K750i a little email telling him that the phone wasn't yet available ( so how it was relisted because of timewasters I'll never know!! ) and a link to this very forum !;)

IF (and only IF) he wasn't lying he would've taken his own pics of the real item and none of this would've happened.
Another Ebay rule: never bid on auctions that don't use own pictures
