You are a little short of memory.

I will publish a version which should run a bit faster next week. I've already done the work, just didnt get around to packaging it up!

Cheers,

Tom

Incase anyone missed it. I pusblished a new version of Flight a couple of days ago. No major changes but it includes a couple of minor bug fixes and a new registration screen.

Cheers,

Tom

Hi

First of all, I'd like to say how great this game is! I hope there are plenty more updates too!

Firstly, I have a UIQ phone - can the game be moved into storage memory so I have more internal memory left to play with?

Secondly, what tools do you use to develop your games? Do you use any assembler? Flight seems to go pretty quickly...

Oh! Oh! One more thing!!

A LEVEL EDITOR would be SOOOO COOOOL! Especially if it ran on the device! People could design their own areas or Islands.. or models, or missions? That would help the cause, right?

Oooops... this is quite a slow reply! I have not been checking replies to threads about Flight recently.

Certainly, but it will make the load times a lot worse.

It is entirely written in C++. It would have run slightly faster with come code written in assembler but its was a huge project to start with and I didnt want it getting out of hand.

I've not had much luck with editors. A few of my games have had editors provided for them but very few extra levels have ever been made public as a result. So Im not really keen to provide editors now.

Cheers,

Tom
