By reading so many of these posts i get the impression alot of you are mistaking depression for just feeling down, there is a big differance. Depression can be caused my anything and sometimes no matter how much you try you will need mediation to make yourself better

Precisely. Feeling miserable/sad/down is not necessarily clinical depression. Feeling low is a natural reaction to negative life events, etc.; depression is a medical/psychiatric condition.

One good way of dealing with depression is to stop bleating about how depressed you are on internet forums, go outside, and breathe fresh air.

meths its not that easy!!!

To help ease the pain, rather gets some wins under your belt!

Eg. think of a small getable goal and go for it!!!! youll be proud of yourself, the more wins under your belt the better chance you have of getting over it!!! ps: the 200 pounds for this session, c u next week!! :)

Meths, have u tried Blue Train??? put a slice of bread over a glass, then pour meth spirits through the bread... then drink up!!!!

I think this might be the wrong thread to say this... but ne way... try it!!!!
