Well my dealings with O2 just get more crazy each time I talk to them......!
Unfortunately my phone has been freezing one or twice over the past couple of days so to be on the safe side I called up to order another one. The girl I spoke to just wanted to chat about the weather and which football team I supported and this went on for some time. She said she would replace my phone straight away and ask if when I had upgraded that I was sent the blue tooth headset, I said no as I thought that they were probably only just breaking even due to my deal I got on the contract. She said that is was probably a good thing that I hadn't received their headset as they don't work correctly with the K750i. I asked her what they were doing for all the customers who had this problem as she said upgrading the BT handsfree to the SE HBH 600 (£59.99). I laughed and said it must be costing a small fortune to have to do that and she replied "Would you like one?", I was a bit taken back as I had not had the original O2 BT handsfree and said "yeah, will it be free". She said that she was in a good mood and she hoped no one was listening to the call as she would get in trouble and gave me an order number. After the call I check the internet with the order number and she has ordered it for me FOC!!!!!
God bless O2, what a wonderful company!!!!!

Gave the standard spiel "Been offered so many mins, 500 texts with 3", best they would do at first was give me the phone for free and knock £5 off my line rental (currently on Online 200, £30 pm). Told them that wasn't enough and they offered to send me my PAC code. Said i'd think about it. Rang back 5 mins later, spoke to someone else, told them I was after trying to get my line rental down as much a possible as i dont really need any more mins than I have now (i always rollover). "Certainly, we can halve your line rental and send you a K750i FOC". Just shows it depends who you speak to! Saving £180 a year. Wish I had asked for a Bluetooth headset as well now though...

Just recieved the headset, very nice!
I already have the SE built-in incar charger so this is a nice addition when I'm out and about.
Come on everyone, let us know your deals!!!!!!!!!!

After the deals, come the billing problems ...
Its been 2 months now since I got the 500xnet, 400 txt for 15 quid deal, but my online bill last month was showing the old deal i was on (400 mins for 30 quid online deal), although i was actually on the 500 mins deal at that time after I confirmed it with O2. Apparently their online billing system is 'one month behind' so any tarrif changes will not show up until the following month. AAAAAAAAAARGH.
Anyway, todays my billing date, so i checked the bill, and ive been charged 23 quid for my new tarriff. WHAT? I called up O2, spoke to a pretty rude scottish guy who said 'he has absolutely no idea why' ... i managed to persuade him to check with the right dept, and eventually he came back with the answer 'you will be charged 15 quid from now?? .
Well that doesnt make an ounce of sense to me why ive been overcharged yet I have been on the new 500 min tarriff for 2 months -- at least I *think* I have. I put the phone down as he was do rude and so not interested in helping me. I'll call back later and hope to takl to a more helpful person ...

This is with vodafone, but:
350 x net anytime mins (with stop the clock)
500 text/data/picture messages data bundle *free*
line rental reduced to:
£40 INC Vat etc etc
Free K750i
Not too bad!
Didnt have to go through to the retentions dept either for that, i could have probably got a better deal if i had. Not quite at the end of my contract term (2 months early) but needed a handset as mine was stolen at T in the park, boo.
