Well, they are a bonus but can get out of hand. After all, extremists may be on Esato this very minute. Emotional members etc. etc. you dont want to hurt anyone, it should be a community that accepts all and having political religious discussions just take away that freedom. Its not about freedom of speech, its about mobile phones. I stress again, mobile phones.

We are monitoring topics all the time.
Moderating a topic on religion or politics are a strain (read touchy subject) so I find it easiest to leave them running till the get out of hand and lock/remove them.
We do remove the odd post as we spot them but all I could say to answer your question is in my earlier post.

I do think now their should be a dedictated Politics and Religions forum linked to the mobile free zone...maybe even a password protected entrance so to keep anyone who is not interested in a political debate outside and in the mobile area...just an idea.
