Everythings the same as the P1 even the sound quality. The only difference is slightly different looking software and cosmetic looks.

The walkman 3.0 software is not "slightly" different, when compared to the P1 media player...its much better. The fact it has a flush touchscreen, also makes it more suited for finger usage.

However, lack of qwerty keyboard, back key, kills it for me...i prefer the P1.

ares I'm starting to find the lack of the back key not that big an issue. I still reach for it by reflex, but I mostly use it when the stylus is in my other hand and there's an onscreen back button on everything now. Plus the upper left button also acts as the back button so it can take some time but one can get used to this.

But yeah, qwerty is missing a lot.
