Sorry for the change in subject

Has any of you (S.A. Residents) heard about a Australian 'team' from Perth who arrived in Jhb just over a week ago and are activelly 'recrueting' South African police man? Apparently they are after 500 ! Mostly detectives. Preferably with at least 14-15 years experience. No hiv, tb etc. Some buddies at my work asked me to 'check' on the net, but I did not find anything
Everyone keep fingers crossed for the next few days - hopefully the imminent strike can be avoided

Had my first experience with the FastLink datacard from MTN this evening. Was out in Villiersdorp(reception patchy). We got a signal Ok but sending a massive pics(1meg>) back to the office proved a mission impossible so I had to resize the pics and only then could send them off following several time-outs on previous attempts.
@mario: That story was on News24 a couple of weeks ago, can't confirm whether it's genuine though because a bigger fuss would've been made about it. Even if they were recruiting cops it would be pretty difficult to justify morally and politically...when we're trying to fight crime a First World country tries to poach the people at the forefront of that fight.

@ama - Yeah . . . I believe what you meant when you said drawing the LINE between: Parents/Students-Teacher affairs . . . in an almost QUITE related story - I almost had a relationship with my teacher in High School back then . . she's really pretty

. . . I was always DAYDREAMING/fantasizing when she teaches in front of the class

Did any of you guys notice
this article about local mobile call costs being reduced?
"Yeigo, a Cape Town-based start-up telecommunications
company is set to challenge the country's telecom giants by slashing the cost of mobile
phone calls."

Heres the situation.Lets say your PC's operating system only allowed you to install one media player onto it,which of these four would you choose? Winamp,Musicmatch Jukebox,Windows Media Player or Nero Media Player.Remember once you install this you cant change it unless you format your hard-drive and re-install operating system.
