Ah, my mutant mate... KawaThe Green of Wanqaland will be most pleased with such good news! :-D Yeah, I also prefer Pearl Harbor over The Matrix Trilogy. I thought that the last Matrix movie, Matrix Revolutions, was the best of the 3, although that chase scene in the 2nd (Reloaded) with the iconic Ducati 996 motorbike was pretty awesome.

I forgot the name of the actor there, but HE is ALSO the one who appeared as MORPHEUS in Matrix-3-logy dude ! and partnered with one of the BALDWIN's . . . they used a Ducati bike there as well . . . and who can just forgot the BEST of em all: TORQUE

And of course the 2 Triumph bikes (Speed Triple and 955 Daytona) which featured in that modern-pseudo-jousting scene in Mission Impossible 2,and the specially fitted knobly tyres were er...very visible.(!) I haven't seen Fled yet though..

Actually, we were discussing solar and lunar eclipses in class a few weeks back. The next full solar eclipse is on a rather infamous day in world history this year...September 11th.

Yeah, although I see a lot less on holiday working visas nowadays than what I used to. It's mainly SA people with work permits and ancestral visas that I occasionally see around here nowadays.
Thing is, yes the money is a LOT better, but I miss friends and family a lot too. Quality of life? Yeah financially and safety-wise, but that's about it IMHO. If I could afford a decent house in a decent area and other expenses etc all from my salary as I do here, and that there was a stable, secure job for the mrs and I, then there truly wouldn't be much keeping us here.
I don't associate myself with certain ex-pats around here who feel that they can try justify their moves abroad by finding fault left right and centre with what goes on in SA. I just wish I could have the best of both worlds, but as it is, it isn't to be.
I's still very muts praaudlie Souf Efrikan.
