2 flagships, smaller in 1H (you may consider this as mini Honami), big flagship (proper Honami successor) in 2H. Ray 3 is neither of those and will be Japan only.

A mini honami doesn't count as a flagship. And I repeat, there is no 4.0 inch high end device. And Ray 3 is a Global device, ask Huiyi.
Second, phablets cannot be considered a flagship so I won't count Togari successor as a flagship device.
Only One Sony 2 counts as a flagship device and as of now the plan is it will come out in March 2014. There is no 1H/2H crap for 2014.
