errr... try MMU.. aka Mickey Mouse Uni.
im aiming towards an acme bsc.... alternate method of attaining this qualification is to collect 12 tokens from boxes of coco pops (mmmm.... so good) and send a SAE to MMU.
I think the Computing course is better @ MMU. even though its ranked 96th. that reminds me... if any of u guys dabbled in neural nets give me a shout... cus i need all the elp i can get with that bugger of a unit.
Anyways.. if u guys/gals are interested some info on mobile fone call reductions is given here:

lots of toying with stats but nothing solid.

morning all.
parvski - the reductions in termination charges levied by the networks would probably lead to cheaper cross network calls and calls to mobiles from landlines. however, the networks argue that call charges have been falling significantly over the last few years anyway, and a one off 15% reduction is going to cause them a lot of problems as they struggle to put all the infrastructure in place for their 3g networks which they all bid far too much for, the idiots. the customer is very unlikely to see a real saving, as all that will happen is other call costs or handset prices will rise to make up the operators shortfall. i said it would probably reduce cross network call charges earlier. although oftel is forcing the networks to reduce their termination charges, i'm not sure they are actually obliged to pass the savings on to the customers. oftel will probably bring out a new dictat to force them to in a few months though.
