I agree about aube but maybe it turned out to be too expensive. They discontinued the smart watch line in a finger snap.
We're pretty sure about one of the cams is ToF
That leaves the other two, and old aube needed both to have the same field of view. If they continue this they will end up with 3 cameras but only one angle.
If they use different focal lengths, aube as we know it would not be so useful.
UNLESS new aube needs only one sensor but that would be against its definition of "fusion" chip.

The cam hole of Compact's case is too big..
Almost as big as the Moto Z cam ring.
666 has DRAM ...
A9 is the only Apha to have this tech.
So this sensor must be the one ....

If the rumor of Pixel Dual in the sensor is true, it would no longer need AUBE to create the mapping. (Google Pixel Mode) (besides the ToF sensor can do it too)
High sensitivity in photos:
At this point we already know that it is possible with a good software algorithm.
High sensitivity in videos:
At this time is the only reason to continue using Aube, BUT only if there is a monochrome sensor.

Sounds like you need a camera
4gb ram is not enough. Minimum 8gb sounds better. Sunlight legibility above 4000 . 32gb internal storage is too little too. Minimum 128gb.

1. Micro LED (or Crystal LED if you prefer) is almost impossible to develop for phones right now.
2. AI term used in phones are gimmicky, I hope you meant deep learning for autofocus.
3. Titanium frame? I really hope you meant titanium alloy since Titanium alone can't be used as a standalone material, the colour will be dull. Besides, the phone would get too heavy and people will complain (again). It is impossible to get colours other than the colour of the titanium itself (grey)
4. It's also impossible to make 1/2.3" sensor size for front camera since the bezels would get much bigger (unlrss sony is adapting sliding mechanism). The more important thing is still the algorithm, not how big the sensor size is.
5. For optical zoom in smartphone, we still need a telephoto sensor. It's still a fake Optical zoom if they don't use a telephoto sensor.
6. Smartphone cameras don't work like digital cameras. Phone cameras don't have the same lens type as dslr/mirrorless cameras, they don't have variable (adjustable) lens angle. Your phone is going to look like galaxy nx or galaxy camera if you want variable angle. So again, telephoto is needed for smartphones if you need optical zoom, at least for now.
7. 32GB ROM, 4GB RAM, and 16:9 ratio aren't up to par with today's standards. 64 or 128GB is the absolute minimum for ROM.
