how to use the MMS service? Is it available in Sg?

No its not. None of our service providers support mms and they're still testing it out on the networks for the time being. You could go to
www.phoneparadise and configure your phone with their server but I haven't had any luck there either.

Besides that, the info in the manual is not updated!!
Btw, what's the diff between the 'i' and 'ie'?? How do i know wheher i hav the 'i' or 'ie' version?

"i" is the English version whereas "ie" is the Chinese version. "i" version you can read Chinese but cannot write. "ie" you can read and write Chinese. And now "ie" had T9 English input. If your Handphone is T68,
than your upgraded sw is T68mi, if your handphone is T68mc, than your ugraded sw will be T68mie.

Errr.. My friends in M'sia said that I need to master reset the phone after the upgrade! Is it true?? if yes, what the purpose of doing so?? Quite confused!!
I'm still trying the new sw.... Is there any bug found at this moment?

Don't ever touch that master reset button, or else you will regret forever. After the upgrading, if you press the master reset, all your MMS picture in your phone will be totally erased. It cannot be retrieved back anymore. If you find any problem after upgrading, the best is to send it to
SC for checking. After all it is free.
