SEUS = Sony Ericsson Update Service

You can download firmware files from 4shared. There are other places though

you have been given links/references to go to..follow them.....
we all went tru same learning process.....use google..it's all out there

easy solution for you is change cda to western europe....then try update service[seus]..it should work
if that does'nt you will have download firmware..custom pack [google] go from there
