Aqu4rius>> The lighting is really funky on those pics of your girl. what was it set on? also, it almost looks like a flash was used.

it was night time, only had a few lamps on, and the other light you see is coming form the laptop my girl was using.

Just leave it on Auto, you'll see loads of threads on how crap the camera is but if the light is just right it's not tooo bad.

I'm gonna have to disagree. I almost never use auto. For outdoors pics it gives a little blueish tint and yellowish indoors. Just use whatever setting you're in. and remember to make sure the lighting is set correctly in "preferences".

I don't use my camera for 'pre arranged' photos i.e. point and shoot and no time to faff with settings. I used to get blue / yellow pics but this was sorted with a firmware update yonks ago.

ok, so before i dragged everyone off topic with the "beamer issue".
then i dragged everyone off topic with the "pool issue".

so, to prevent from being banned from this topic i present to you:

MY NEW MOUSE

from microsoft, designe by philippe starck.
those who know what starck's been doing till now will know how thrilled i am.
i wanted to get an aprilia moto 65 once, which has starck's handwriting in it, but it sucked gas like a car and the insurance was similar, so i forgot about it.
so FINALLY, i have something from starck.

by wonderful girlfriend just made me this present, i'm using for 20 minutes already

Outside my work today in London.

A certain Alcoholic drink company have placed a block of ice with £100,000 in side. £500 in bottles around the sides and a briefcase with £50,000 in the middle. Each person is given 60 secs to try and reach the cash.
Had to take a picture of it.
It's really cool (pardon the pun)

is that completed yet?
btw how much is the mouse? if i may ask.
