I'm really impressed with the W960i.
Love that 'vinyl black' look and the touch-sensitive music player shortcuts below the screen..even little details like the almost 'hidden' video calling cam in the top left corner. Those little deliberate subtleties that give it a type of classic and clean appearance, belying its awesome features. Nice one, .
Now to decide on this or the P1i, but as mentioned in another thread, by the time this one is out, the P1i is bound to be notably more affordable..

By the look of things this is a W960 vs i-phone.Just read up some specs and these are some are my 'I likes' -8 gigs of storage(with the price of memory cards at the moment, this is a music lovers wet-dream)
Video playback at 30fps (great stuff)
Apparently can transfer music between PC and phone at around 1 gig in 3 minutes (awesome)
Non-stop music playing for up to 27 hours.
Touchscreen can be used with finger or stylus.
3.2 megapixel (not a 5mp but SE's camera's rock never-the-less)
Great look in black (love it)
Wi-fi

Only 'not happy with' - NO HSDPA ( Huge downer for me.Yes 3G is fast enough but I want faaaaaaaaaaaaster.lol )

Wanga they say scheduled release is Q4 2007 so good luck to you mate.Me personally been a music lover would hands down choose this BABY!

Ya, I'm really giving this phone the twice-over.

There is a bril-looking screenshot (apparently) of its new UI on this page:

Yeah, TFIF. What a 'rof' week it's been, workload-wise, for me.

@ HOBBS,
LOL, might still end up being a P1i man though.. I'm sure further comparison reviews of the 2 handsets in the months ahead and checking them both out the at the Smartphone Show in London in October will certainly help me make my mind up.
Oh, and no doubt the pricings between the 2 will have their part to play.
