rj, voicestream has great plans compared to Cingular IMHO. nationwide long distance and roaming is free, no airtime, it just takes out of your free minutes. i got 500 txt msgs. free included with my plan, along with 1mb of istream data. and to think i only have the $29.99 plan and 1yr. contract. the only backside is that, it doesn't have unlimited night minutes free, just unlimited weekend, which doesn't really bother me.

yup, voice stream is offering 1000 anytime minutes in CA/NV market. voicestream's target are adults that talk on the phone during the day.
i mean, most of the people here in LA, specially 'em youngins wouldnt wanna have a PLan without night minutes. i mean, if they're complaining about signaL specially in CA/NV market, voicestream wouldnt make a drastic change, they are going to use the same towers. the only advantage of voicestream when it's completely launch in CA/NV is that their TECH support is there 24/7
some are stunned when they see '1000 anytime minutes' but if you break it down, it's like using Cingular's free minutes while you're already subtracting from voicestream's 1000 minutes

619, i know and i don't wanna go through all that VS and Cingular $hit again
all i know is that VS added their own spectrum and their own 4 switches (the old crowded network only had one), upgraded Cingular's software and hardware. VS CA/NV are sharing with Cingular west coast because VS in turn shared their towers with Cingular NY/East coast.
