rj, Let's look at this thing from a realistic point of view. VoiceStream/T-Mobile rates are very competitive and give the same or more than other carriers in their market. VoiceStream was one of the first to give free long distance and no roaming. In fact VoiceStream/T-Mobile is the only wireless service that gives free long distance and roaming on all their price points except for the 3000 minute regional plan. Bottom line is that you'll stay with a service that works for you and for the most part gives you what you want.

rj, i can understand why you're bashing VS because you're working for Cingular. well, it doesn't really bother me. i'm satisfied with VS and i'm staying with them

@619, by the way did that guy see his OWN AT&T new Digital Advantage pricing? talk about rate plans that SUCK. On your 1 year plans fo 40 bucks a month, 400 anytime min and 3000 weekend min. Plus it still has a roaming fee of 69 cents. That is a sucky plan. CA or Columbus, either Voicestream market has a better plan than that. 300 anytime minutes and unlimited weekend minutes with 500 txt mgsg and imb of Istream for $29.99
and oh, AT&T (and i think Cingular too) doesn't give unlock codes to their cellphones. VS readily gives unlock code if you just email them. got 3 phones unlocked by VS for a span of 5months. well, i'll stop now, i still have my orthodontic appointment.

LOL! do you want me to give you the email address for unlucking phones? hehe. i guess you're not aware of the MOBILE issues about locking phones. since then, unlocking phones is not really an issue. but yeah, cingular is being on the safe side. we wanna limit one phone per costumer/ 2 months. sup thieves! lol.

LOL, i work for cingular but I AM NOT an employee that gets paid $7.00 per hour. i help with everything even training employees at a young age of 20. i guess they pay me by letting me have a free phone with 1000 anytime minutes. and if ever cingular doesnt make money, i don't care, at aLL! it's not like im gna get something from it. =]
i also deal with costumers that wants something for their plan and yeah, even give freebies just to avoid losing a costumer.
im not bashing because i work for them ...i even give compliments didnt i? and besides the thread says " funstuff " nothin personal =]
