619- arnold is right. It is a required for all OFW's and will be checked at the airport prior to departure.
Kutchi - i can give you a a PDOS Seminar Certificate since i am POEA Accredited. POEA just requires naman that the 5 basic points is covered. For us, it is Existing Market conditions, Grievance/Disciplinary Procedures, Travel, AIDS and Family Welfare. The rest is up to you and this is where Company Policies, etc are talked about.
It is a difficult to do a video coz it changes. The Contract has changed, Travel (since 9/11). We already have a video presentation about the company, safety. SO no choice for me but to talk from 2-3 hrs depending on the participation of the attendees and whether they have already atteded it in the past. If theres a newbie, add another 1 - 2 hours.
