The c905 is using a cmos sensor but it's larger than all there other cmos sensors used in other phones.

ive seen 2 pictures taken by INNOV8, and im not even sure its real, (no exif data). so before it comes some real pics, we cant say anything about this black N95 copy.

No, the Samsung definitely looks better. Not necessarily a good thing though - it still looks almost like every other samsung slider - and they all look boring, IMO.
C905's design beats both hands-down.

and all the sources telling it's CMOS

1. Sony don't have own 8MP CMOS sensor
2. Sony have own 8MP CCD sensor
3. Sony could use sensor from other company
4. as for now nobody can answer on this question
5. we can only guess
