Still dont know how they classify as 1/2.3" , 1/3" etc...
Values dont match the diagonals.
1/2.3" = 1.1 cm and 1/2.3" are 7.73mm (xz3), 7.81mm ( xz2p mono) or 7.87mm(xa2)
Motion Eye must be about 27mm2, Mate Pro has about 40mm2 or bit more.

For a quad Bayer to have 16mp the sensor needs at least 64mp, the imx666 is rumored to be 66.6mp.

Round sensor maybe? Multi aspect could reduce actual used area. I'm not certain.
