Ok i definitely have missed something. I do want guru on wap have done for ages. Are u setting up a totally new wap forum with xmb or something different?

Not sure of the number for o2 customer care, but i use e care and they are quite helpful. Put your details and phone number and ask them to activate gprs for you. Mycare@o2mail.co.uk ask for mohammad pasha or mohammad imran, they are very helpful

Morning.
Whenever I try and contact O2 they take about 4 months to reply, When I want GPRS enabled it took 3 calls @ 50p a min, 7 emails to there customer service department.
Now I'm trying to get MMS, We 2 months I have been asking them for it and still nothing.....
Sorry if I sound a bit bitter just they are a joke...
