@ Jojo,
Yup, it was the same 3230 that I carted around to all those shows.
Still dire weather here mate, not much of a dry Summer at the moment...

This weekend is Europe's biggest music festival, called Glastonbury, and yet again it's a mudfest:

..and the British MotoGP was on in this weather today, as was the Goodwood Festival of Speed and other sporting events, even in such unpleasant conditions...

Oh well, people are adapting here I guess..:

Hope you're having a bril 'Sundae' too, Jojo.

Quiet around here today...

Good to see SA experimenting with some new blood in the ODI side. Philander did particularly well against Ireland today, as did Morne van Wyk in the opening batsman role.

I'm on my phone right now, I take it they beat the paddies? Didn't realise the South African team were playing cricket until I watched the news this evening.

Yup, we beat them by 42 runs. Paddy gave a somewhat rusty SA (haven't played since the World Cup) a decent enough match.
It was a one-off, with both India and SA playing one match apiece against Ireland in Northern Ireland.

Vernon Philander took 4 wickets. Tshabalala nearly had 2 wickets instead of 1 to his name, had Steyn managed to not step over the rope when he caught one of their batsmen going for (and subsequently achieving) a maximum.
Morne van Wyk scored his maiden 50 as well. (52).

Thanks Jojo.
I've just finished planning all my work for this week, and about to shut down the PC to get some
It's 'hating gabi dito' and I'm trying to avoid another early morning 'zombie-sensation' LOL , caused by distinct lack of sleep... Oh well, in 4 weeks' time we're on holiday and then I can return to my more natural nocturnal ways.

Hope you and all the others on this thread have a great Monday/ Lunes. G'night.
