Sometimes I wonder why you are still using a N70 - if I remember right your 'signature' use to say something like "N70 but should be back to SE before the years end" and that was like this time last year :-/
Like I told HOBBS yesterday over the past year money has really been tight, with interest rates the way they are and other things taking priority over my finances, I've had to hold onto the N70 a while longer.
I need something that will be able to control WM10 and iTunes, my two preferred media players via

Luckily i can install remote presets for the computer. I got a remote maker as well, tried my hand at it yesterday for vlc player, and it worked nice. Also got another one from the net which looks and works great.

@francois: I've got a Falcon PVR video card which comes with remote control...it can control WM10 but I can only skip songs in iTunes. Something like the K700 and a

dongle would've been cool.

my big conclusion is, bluetooth is a crap standard. It is not basic enough if you want it to work right, and without annoying issues. Thank goodness for the wifi standard.
there are certain dongles that dont require any software at all. Just plug it in and windows installs drivers and it integrates with windows. The cheaper ones usually come with some crappy software that takes forever to setup. Mine came with 'bluesoleil' and that software is a nightmare to work with.

@Jiteshraj: Agreed, I also bought one of those BlueSoleil dongle's and they're absolute crap...the UI is bad and so is making sense of any of the features as one needs a degree in computer science to fully understand something which should be up and down.

@wanqsta: It seems like a lot of fuss. I'll exhaust the local avenues before I ship my phone off.
