just watched 2 dumb movies, but the second one was quite brilliant in it's own way. The first, Date Movie, I dare say I found it more painful than Big Mamma's House...but it was on tv, and i watched it while online playing travian.
The second movie is called Idiocracy, a movie about a guy and girl who, part of a military experiment get "frozen", for a year, but due to the army commander trying to become a pimp, gets the base shut down, and the top secret experiment gets forgotten about. So this guy and lady, the most average people they could find, end up 500 years in the future, and the world, instead of evolving, have gotten so stupid, people can't even think straight. So while watching this on the pc, i saw a news report on TV about Paris Hilton being released from jail and the circus surrounding it. That together with the movie just brought the message home...hehe!
So I got connecting to the internet down, can do it...needs a bit of a workaround, but it's so effective, I can run internet through my phone and use it as a remote at the same time.

Brix, you mentioned having your phone sorted out somewhere in Sea Point. Any ideas where i could take a 6600 in that area to have the casing replaced? I'm heading up to CT this afternoon, but haven't had the time to have it done here, and seeing that it's a gift meant to be given next week when i return i may as well get it done there.

@da kryptik: If you're in town why don't you just head on over to Canal Walk. Vodacare/Vodashop have a big operation there and they offer original covers. All the ones I've seen at the Pakistani-owned shops are cheap fakes.

Enkosi bhuti, that's what i'll probably do then. I'm at the departure lounge at the airport messing about with Bluetooth, and it's astounding to see how many Symbian Nokias are showing up on my screen. No wonder people have so many virus-induced problems.

As far as Im concerned Im happy with the second last firmware update(R5).Theres still one available(R6) but at present I cant see the point.Everythings running smoothly.So SE not releasing another firmware update to me makes sense.

I've got a problem. My cellphone was stolen last weekend. I bought a w850i in a rush. Realised it was a vodafone as i was paying. I'm with cell c and can't connect to the internet with my cell c sim card now. I am at an utter loss as my contract only expires in 18 months' time. What can i do??
