I dont think Nokia are even going up to 8MP this yearso SE have a good chance to get back to no 1 in the imaging sector. They have to fix the pic quality though first as their last few cybershots have been awful.

Is there any new photo enhancing technology in the C905 such as maybe exmoor?

Oh, come on, size zero is so out. I'd rather have a feature-packed device that's on a plump side than an epitome of slimness that lacks up-to-date tech.

A bigger screen on this one would be an essential asset, though. Then again, I sure am more inclined to Japanese models, in general where thickness is not an issue.

And yes, it does look beautiful in black.

Cheers and thanks for the pics!

Wow that looks really impressive, I think one look of that would scare off any N-series phone you can name Design is great, camera is great, could this be the best non-smartphone to date? Only ONE thing I dont like about the looks , and thats the big bulge on the back of the top slide, it looks too much like an irremovable growth rather than a bit of hardware. But overall, top marks

-A week ago I wouldve agreed with you. But I recently got a W350i, and its great, its so thin it pretty much disappears into your pocket. It does most things youd need a phone to do in day to day situations, though of course when it comes to features such as the camera, quality and performance differences become obvious. But if nothing else, its a reminder that we sometimes think and worry too much about spec sheets and what the phone looks like on paper. All looking good now though, and I still cant wait for Paris

My interest in Paris is waning. News just broke that my city is (finally!) getting HSDPA by the end of the year, and I can't believe Paris will have triband HSDPA, which I now need to take advantage of the new network. So, Shiho has moved to the forefront.

Designwise this is a step towards a camera more than a phone. Atleast the back. Now you can really see Sony's influence on design. The back of the phone really resembles Sony digital cameras, which has a very good designtemplate.

Shiho is so seductive! I love Shiho!

But again we can't see the left side. I want to know, whether there is a M2-slot or the loudspeaker.

Must wait to the announcement.
