I checked his twitter but no post you mentioned.
Do you have screenshot etc?
I remember he implied next flagship name is not XZ4 before

Interesting. Also he said before that nobody knew what Sony was cooking. Maybe Sony will surprise with a device we'll only see when announced?
But also if the XZ4 renders are midrange what are the XA3 renders? 4 Midrangers in MWC?
I think he's just referring to XA3 case being shown as XZ4 Compact.

I think it is quite obvious that sony newest flagship will have stereo front speakers, so that tall phone from renders is XA3 succesor. I still believe that selling under-display speakers patent to Samsung & them becoming Sony's new screen supplier is not coincidence.

It can be true. Maybe the plastic of Poled does not allow sound to go through.
But Sammy only have 8-bit oled, while LG supplies 10.
I hope it does not have the red oled used for Galaxy.
I could think of possibility of the cases being:
Compact = small single cam
" L3" and "XA3" with dual cam
" Ultra" the big one with three cams (regular, ultra wide and tof)
Then "Compact " not at MWC, but just being available at japanese carriers silently like old A series ...
I doubt the would dare to use dual + aube for midranges ...
It would be pretty aggressive move ..

6" 21:9 is 14cm , just the screen.
With bezels "XA3" would at least be 15,2 cm.
I think "Ultra" was said to be 16,7... Exactly the size from that " Sony Mobile" page.
Wasn't the flaship supposed to be dual selfie?
I went back to mysmartprice... The updated article about 3 no longer has vertical dual cam, but LG style.
They put same photo they used for Ultra.
So, maybe all cases are midranges.

I think the 21:9 device from the renders is the real thing
