Holy Samsungs, Batman!
LOL, that must be a bit surreal seeing him in the 2 different roles, Francois.
Had a good day with the PiL's, and fortunately I didn't have to take any pills either.
Uploading N73 pics later.

he is a really cool guy, very involved. and a brilliant speaker, probably from radio dj-ing for so long. But you can hear his podcast on MyADSL, Toys and Technology...always worth a listen.
I seriously need to get traveling sometime. Want to see the world.

Taken with the N73 today in very overcast, rainy conditions.
The Duke of Northamptonshire's huge estate in the pics is on the outskirts of London, which has various nature conservation features and facilities, gardening shops, cafes, exhibits, etc.:
Pics in sepia; I thought the subject matter suited this style:

@ Francois,
LOL, and if the UK networks introduce more sensible data rates, I might use my phone far more to frequent WAP sites.
BTW, I was just wondering while thinking back to my 'diensplig' days, is Voortrekkerhoogte outside Pretoria still called Voortrekkerhoogte?

Goooooooood SUNDAE Morning !
@france - 'Was just joking about that that War of the Worlds flick mate . . .
@krypt - I saw the flick - Shrek 3

to my dismay, I promised NEVER eveeeeeeeeer to watch kiddie films again

!
@ama - Nice sepia-shots pal ! During the past . . . whenever I take images in sepia . . I amke sure that my objects are either: old people, old places, vintage cars or LIVINNG-legends like that of Robert Jaworski (professional basketball player) at my end . . .

I really dig this N73 pic and its composition a lot. It looks like a black and white setting, but look in the lower background and it's obvious that it's not. Shows you how overcast and 'moody' the 'great otdoors' was here today.
Also, there's an obvious clue in the pic that tells one that Heathrow Airport is fairly closeby...
EDIT: Good 'Sundae' morning to you too, Jojo!
Yeah, I'm also very selective as to which pics are suited to sepia, as it certainly does give pics that classic/vintage appeal.

Yeah Jojo, they could build a race track in that front yard, LOL.
South Africa's Eastern Province's botanical contribution to the world, spotted in one of the shops on the estate, much to my surprise:
The very distinctive Strelitzia, also known as 'ship-on-fire' or 'ikhamanga'...
Quite a decent indoor pic with the N73:
