Nope, it isn't branded and I'm not sure about that since the NORDIC one has many European languages, too. But first thought would be no.

Can anyone help, since i got 038 on it my phone no longer displays pictures attached to peoples entries when they call or text, done a master reset and still no joy.
Flash still not correct on it not 100% still sometimes not enough power on the flash.
Can i go back to 037 and how???

Try to re update it via SEUS
