Here are the things i noticed on the new firmware
- you no longer get a picture shown on the highlighted contact. you rather have to select the contact first to get the picture shown.
- the Locoroco game is very nice but why is not not a full screen game? was it not developed specifically to the Aino?!
- quick play has been removed
general observations about the Aino
- the absence of location services status/monitor (it was on my G705 and W995). helps you see how many sats you have a lock with and your travelling speed (kinda cool)
- conversations no longer have a check mark to indicate a delivery report. now you have to go to options->view status
Having said that, this is the best SE I ever had and I took it over the Satio with no regret

With the new firmware on... the phone generally feels snappier... almost W995 fast! My touch interface hasn't hung yet, which used to happen around once a day before updating. Facebook's still there... Music playback via speaker and bluetooth seems a bit louder... When in camera, it switches to playback mode after deleting a photo that you have just taken.

Just installed the new firmware and something strange has happened. Does anyone else get green text for their service provider now? Instead of the usual white text, my T-Mobile at the top of the main screen is now green. The only reason I post about this is because my signal strength has gotten worse. Am I on a different T-Mobile network now?
Besides that, I definitely notice an improvement in overall functionality. Everything is speedier, and touchscreen is AWESOME now! As the previous poster mentioned, it is also noticeably louder now too, which is always welcome.
I did notice on the old firmware something that slowed down the Aino significantly and I'm wondering if the same will happen with the new firmware. When your call list gets large it lags bad. Has anyone else noticed this?

I will try again this week. Maybe reinstall SEUS first. @jhow, did you change your theme?

I kind of feel like an idiot. I just noticed that different themes have different colored text. I don't know why I never noticed this before. I swear it didn't used to be green. However, I did just get off the phone with a T-Mobile rep and he told me to shut my phone off so he could reconfigure/reset some settings. I now am getting better reception, but the proof will be when I get home tonight. Last night my signal strength at home was dismal.

I have a Satio and I am happy with it but I should say that the Aino would have been a better idea now that I see that the new FW changed everything!
I missed the SE logical UI but in the same time Satio graphics are better
Help!

I no longer get my friends status shown on standby display for the Facebook app after the firmware update. the msg "no status updates available for your friends" is always shown now even though updates are available when i go to home.
is it only me?
