Guys, most likely the EB is going to happen between Sept 10 and 12.
Syempre gusto rin namin gawing weekend para marami ang makapunta, pero yung bisita natin eh hindi babalik hanggang sa linggo ng pag-alis nila.
I hope you could make adjustments to your sched.

Per GOwin's advise, please adjust your schedules and keep 10-12 Sept. free for the EB with Laffen.
We will keep everyone posted should there be changes in Laffen's I.T. and the EB's.
For now, lets all plan for those dates. It will most likely be in the evening.
We want to have the most attendees so please post your suggestions on the venue so we find a place accessible to everyone.
Let's make this a successful event!

Time/Date: Evening of 10-12 Sept (keep your schedules flexible)
Venue possibilities:
1. Rockwell? Rockwell seems to be the common choice in the past e.b's.
2. Eastwood? Nice cafes for hanging out in the evenings (assuming it doesn't rain)
3. Other suggestions?
