i usually get refunds on dropped calls... mostly when calling smart numbers... they reverse these call charges on two scenarios:
1. the call is less than 6 seconds (they can check in their computer)
2. two succeeding calls with the same number made 6 to 15 seconds apart-- they will deduct one call
one time they also charged me for a roaming call originating from the US pero eto ang weird... after that call, i made a call from the philippines naman hmmm beam me up scottie daig ko pa matrix hehe so sa next bill ko ni reverse din...
im sure dami rin error yan sa text messages but that is one thing really hard to count specially if there's a discrepancy of a few messages lang

@laffen ... may i suggest balaw balaw. it is an exotic restaurant from rizal. maybe an hour or so drive from the heart of manila. they serve really delicious foods, that is if you are into exotic foods. their menu ranges from "sawa" (filipino term for phyton) to "balaw-balaw" (a native insect) to kambing (goat). you might also want to go to for ilocandia. it is one of the the beautifully preserve places in the philippines. it still have the old churches from the spanish era (1500s to early 1900s). but a jeepney ride is a must! you can only ride jeepneys in the philipines, except also in paris where a jeepney is available at the philippine embassy.

one of the hobbies of my friends and i is to try ne restaurants. we dine at least once a week in good restaurants. before when harris grill was existent at town center, we dine there for valentines day.
@* ... try aressi restaurant and fidel's at malate.
