ok singlepoint need to get better informed staff after cosulting my terms and conditions which says

"the contract my be terminated at any time during the contract period by payment of monthly line rental charge for the outstanding number of months left to run on the contract"

so i phoned them back up to say this and i was told i was mis-informed by "claire" this morning and that i could indeed terminate my contact!!!!!!!!!!!

why can't they train there staff, why oh why!

yeah there some company that i didn't know was going to be my provider i ordered the p800 from a website on o2 contract and i turned out to be single pointbthat was my provider!
