have you bought 2 pay and go phones from the o2 site in the last 6 monthd by any chance.
you are only allowed 2 pay and go phones within this time you see.
@batesie right so some contract phones are unlocked, i see.

No it is the phone, battery, charger, pink covers, manuals, o2 simcard and obviously the free bluetooth headset.

Experienced the 5 minute problem three times already, with three different people. If there's no easy way to fix this then I'm going to have to give up SE Mobiles forever. Any ideas on why the mobile may disconnect after 5 minutes on a call?
