The camera will be of a lesser quality seeing as the W550 is 1.3 mega pixel and the K750, W800 etc are 2 mega pixel and also have auto focus.
I've had my W550 since Dec 05 and its in use all day every day. I dont bother with my K750, W800, W900 and have reciently sold them and my girlfriend has the W810 which is not as good as the W800 IMO.
I have a K800 coming soon as well which I'll also be trying out.
