Spoke to O2 an hour ago and finalised my new contract, so these details differ from my post yesterday.
I got:
12 month contract.
500 anytime any network voice or video calls.
500 texts.
1MB internet.
K800i for £0.00.
All for £25 a month. Very happy with that.

O2 screwed up a repair on my old K750i so have apologiesed and given me the following deal

free K800i
a refurbed k750i in return for the faulty k750i i sent them over a month ago now!

I ordered on 20th June and they've taken the money off my card, but I still haven't heard a thing. I've emailed them but I just get useless automated responses telling me what I already know...
I can't really call them up since I don't have a phone number yet for my new account, and I didn't get an order number to track or anything.

My K800i should be with me tomorrow or friday. Got it free with free 256mb mem stick m2 on o2 100. 100mins, 100 texts for £25 a month. after 6 months i will reduce it down to o2 25 for £16 a month. Total= £246

I phoned up twice
Call 1) offered 500mins and 500 text for £20
Call 2) said i didn't use my 200mins before, so they offered me 200mins and 600 text for £15!
Get in!! I used to pay £30 a month before, so I'm getting it half price. Although I had to pay for the K800, but I don't care really!!
