> New firmware for the W950i

Hi.
I supposedly have an unlocked W950i phone, I purchased from Carphone Warehouse in the UK.. Its not locked to any network or branded for sure...
Despite this however, there is no update showing on SEUS - anyone in the same boat as me or have any idea what firwmare this is?
I am on firmware:
Phone: CXC162037 R9C001
Bluetooth: CXC162058 R3A01
Organiser: CXC162088 R1B01
CDA: CDA162017/29 R2A02
Anyone able to offer any ideas?

damn, no matter how many times I tried, it still kicking me back to the start screen. I tried to update the W810i and it went smoothly. I tried again w/ the w950i and it still the same old, back to the start screen after detecting.
Phone: CXC162037 R9C001
CDA: 162014/2 R1B01
Language: UK English & American English

You are correct sorry, I was tired when I wrote you the message last nite. If you have R9D, stick with it. No real upgrade at the moment.
You would need to change the CDA to use SEUS, as it recognises this, when using the service.

Same firmware as MrPlant too. Bought from OneStopPhoneShop (part of Carphone Warehouse). Unlocked, using my 3 sim now and no network branding at all. No startup / shutdown splash screens and no pre-installed themes or settings. Is this firmware definitely branded?
